Our Product
Technical Specifications

Thermal Insulation
Thermal conductivity of 0.045 W/mK
- Our products are super thermal insulators
- Not affected by solar radiation
- No thermal bridges
- They function as reflectors and can be used, for example, on large roofs or in photovoltaic parks
- They save up to 60% of the energy used in combination boilers and solid fuel appliances for heating buildings
- They help to significantly reduce energy consumption in heating and cooling, as well as the associated costs.
Sound absorption
aw = 0.35 (H) (12 mm)
- Green Revolution products are excellent acoustic insulators.

Fire resistance
A2 Classification
- Our products are not combustible
- They are resistant to fire and high temperatures
- No gases in case of fire
High adhesion
0.33 N/mm² on all types of surfaces
- Can be painted with all types of paints (water-based, cellulose, etc.)
- They are long-lasting
- Protect the construction against impacts
- Create a resistant surface layer
- Suitable for indoor and outdoor use
- Adherence to all types of support
- Can be applied without the need for double walls or other expensive supports
- Saves space (application thickness of 1 cm)
- Do not deteriorate
- Provides long-lasting protection
- Dries and prevents damp, plaster splashes and cracks in buildings
- Resistant to acids and acid rain
- Lightweight and elastic structure, with high retention and transport capacity on all types of surfaces

Summary

Product Application
It is applied manually with a trowel or using a facade projection machine, depending on the surface and thickness required.
The product is used in two phases, with a drying time of between 24 and 72 hours, depending on the weather conditions.
After mixing Mantoplate in a mixer at between 700 and 900 RPM, without adding water, or in a concrete mixer for large quantities, apply it directly to a dry, clean surface, respecting a thickness of between 3 mm and 5 mm for the first layer.
Use a stainless steel trowel and leave to dry for 24 to 72 hours, depending on the temperature. When the surface is completely dry, apply a second 5 mm layer and leave to dry. For a smooth finish, just like conventional plaster, use a smoothing trowel or plaster finishing rule.
Once this second phase is complete, you can apply a final layer, following the same procedure for maximum insulation, or apply the wall covering of your choice directly.
